Ginger peppercorn blindwood cider at Eureka!

I choose Eureka! for a Friday brunch last weekend. I've been eyeing for a while to go and eat at this place. They are rated at 4.0 out of 5.0 by around two thousands people in Yelp. In the restaurant, I chose to order the Great Bison burger, out of their excellent offerings of burgers, and a Blindwood's Ginger Peppercorn Cider for a drink.

"Ginger Peppercorn is a dry cider with a nice smooth ginger hint. I can taste a very little spice note at the end, which is supposed to be peppercorn and bay leaves. It tastes fresh and light, great for a daily choice for a dry cider fans. However, since I am a sweet tooth, I will rate it at 3.6 out of 5.0. It complimented the sweet and savory Great bison burger."
