A Texas Cider & Texas BBQ
One of the greatest thing to be in Texas is to be able to try out their amazing BBQ. I went to Stiles Switch BBQ in the Lamar Boulevard in Austin, and they are AMAZING! This place has around fourteen thousand reviews in Yelp and there was no line during the Christmas holiday season. Their ribs, pork, and corn casserole are TOO GOOD to be TRUE. I would highly recommend this place.
We ordered the food cafeteria style and ordered a bucked of beer and cider for our parties. As always I ordered a cider and this time I picked the Austin Eastciders Texas Honey Cider.
"It tastes like a sweeter apple cider, semi-sweet, with honey and floral tone. The little bubbles in this golden liquid tastes very smooth. Sweet, just a little of apple tartness, and no bitter flavor at all. I would say it is a 3.7 out of 5.0. "
