A Texas Cider
CiderElla is still in the journey to hunt cider in Texas. Today, I walked through the San Antonio riverwalk and stopped for a snack at the Yard House in River Center mall. Then, ordered an Austin Eastcider Blood Orange Cider.
"It tastes like Airborne Zesty Orange. It is light orange in color. You'll smell apple-citrusy note. It was lightly carbonated and has the perfect balance of sweetness for an orange drink, semi-sweet, with a little apple tartness. I think it is a 3.7 out of 5.0."
