Unfiltered Dreamcicle Embark Craft Ciderwors
The week after valentine's day I was on another adventure to hunt a cider back to one of the initial liquor store that I love, the Healthy Spirit in Valencia Street. The cupid angle shoot his love arrow when I saw the Peach Apricot Raspberry Dreamcicle by Embark Craft Ciderworks for the first time.
A recent popular trend of craft beers promotes a more 'cloudy' or 'hazy' type of cider. It is called an unfiltered cider. They are usually fruity-bright in flavor. Dreamcicle is the unfiltered seasonal cider type by Embark Craft. The most recent one, released in September 2018, is the Peach Apricot Raspberry Dreamcicle. I am so in luck! <3
"I poured the amber hazy cider liquid into a short drinking glass. The apple cider in this cider is fermented in peach, apricot, raspberry, and milk sugar, giving it a fresh flavor of stone fruits. Very playful tropical combination of fruit with a very light apple tartness in it. It is semi-dry. I would give it a 3.6 out of 5.0. Yummy!"
I know it is a little bit late, but I hope everyone spent valentine's day with someone their love. Valentine's day is about sharing and showing your love to your special one. This is the one day where you remind your special one that they are loved.
